How do I book a Consultation?
To book a consultation, you must first have a health assessment, this is a free of charge service designed to ensure you are getting the correct treatment, discuss functional testing and that your treating practitioner will have all the required information about your health needs. After your Initial Health Assessment, the practitioner will then book in your Initial Health Consultation to begin treatment.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, all of our consultations are conducted via telehealth. Your Initial Health Assessment or Acute Care Consultations are a quick (typically 15 minute) phone conversation. Then, your Initial/Follow-up Health Consultations are conducted using encrypted video telehealth.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Our services are not covered by Medicare. Since 1 July 2025, private health insurers have been allowed to offer extras cover for naturopathy and Western herbal medicine again, but not all do, and each fund sets its own rules on which practitioners it recognises. Please check with your insurer before booking.
Do you provide emergency care?
No. As natural medicine practitioners we are not physicians. We provide acute care for sudden-onset, non-emergency illness and minor injury, but emergency care must always be accessed by calling 000 (or 112 from a mobile) or going to a hospital Emergency Department. For mental health crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Can I get preventive health check-ups?
Absolutely. You do not need to be ill or injured to request our services. Optimal health is more than just not being ill. We encourage people seeking preventative care to book with us to assist in maintaining or achieving optimal health.
